Game Capture on OBS causing weird splitting issue (with 4K Pro)

Hi All,

I'm using an Elgato 4KPro connected to a PS5.

Most of the time, the video capture device appears as normal. However, it then seemingly at random will split as shown in the images. The split isn't always the same.

Anyone know what might be causing this to happen?

I've tried reseating the 4K Pro and have tried a range of HDMI cables.
