Blf keys not lighting up when other isers lines are active on calls. Tried a couple template edits no luck please advise.Polycom vvx411

Ticket was opened, hopefully I overlooked something simple. Call waiting not notifying polycom vvx411 or on app when ectension os being ised. Callcentric is the trunk. All users/ext set to recieve miltiple calls. No queue created yet only attandant and ring group. Thanks for teading.

Three year old Speed Queen Tv2000 with bad timer. The timer assembly continuously goes through all cycles clockwise and never stops. Very dissapointing just had to post. Thanks for reading!
