Looking to buy a F82 M4 and was curious of things to look out for when looking around.

Currently have a 19' M240i that I love but wanted to go to a true M car.

Budget I'd like to be around is 40K but could go up if I need to stay away from higher miles. Just curious to what you guys think/advice you have.
