Inflicting debuffs as a Support build

If I wanted to inflict something like Armor Break, Chill, Freeze, Shock, or Pin as a a Support build, what would be the best way to go about this?

We're all expecting Thunderstorm to be nerfed this patch, so how else can I use these status effects to my advantage in party play as a Support? Normally you need to deal high damage in order to actually build up these effects, but you'll usually be dealing little to no damage as a Support. It would be great if I was, for example, playing with a party member doing mainly physical damage, and I could Armor Break for them. Or build up Chill and Freeze to do Crowd Control. Do I just kinda have to build damage and not be a 'hard support'?

I've heard you can put Armor Break supports on Gas Grenade, for example, and get that pretty much for free, but not sure how true that is. I would assume you still need to do decent Poison damage.

Obviously we have things like Curses/Blasphemy, and Banners and Sceptre auras on the buffing end, but I'd like to explore other options.

Scaling Detonate Dead

Working on a Detonate Dead Titan build (Randomizer challenge) and having a bit of trouble scaling my damage for T15 and beyond. I'm using Sacrifice and beefy minions.

Mapping in lower difficulty T15s has been fine, but rare and boss damage is slow. I've heavily invested into Minion Life % - should I maybe swap to a crit-focused build and supplement with Minion Life instead? If I invest my next 18-20 passive points into damage and swap out my Enezun's Charge for a Rare high damage Wand, or swap to my Sceptre + Threaded Light, I should get a phat damage increase, but I'll also lose quite a bit from the % HP scaling on DD.

For reference, since POENinja doesn't show my Minion Sacrifice damage, PoB shows approx 32k-ish DPS with my Skeletal Warriors on Common enemies and light buffs, and 100k-ish DPS with Bogfelled Commoners on regular Pinnacles with full buffs. Side note, PoB shows a very very small increase from using Vulnerability curse - not sure if my expectations were too high, or if I'm not configuring it properly.

I've seen a few Blood Mage versions of the build that (of course) pump Crit and do pretty serious damage, and although we're certainly no Blood Mage, Hulking Form should help the Crit scaling, yeah?

Open to any tips or ideas or crapping on my build. Thanks!
