I have a checking and savings at JPMorgan Chase and due to religious reasons I don’t partake in interest. I have a savings account to separate expenses and budget. Chase allows me to remove the interest does us bank have the same option?

Weight: 110 lbs (Severely underweight, struggling to gain/maintain)
Location: Missouri, USA (No international travel in years)
Smoking/Drinking/Drugs: No smoking, no drinking
Current Medications: None
Primary Complaint: Constant central stomach pain, morning lightheadedness with facial flushing, irregular stools, and tingling in feet.
History:
A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with an E. coli infection and completed a full course of antibiotics. I had similar (but worse) symptoms during the acute infection, but they haven't gone away. I have chronic irregular stool. I was recently checked for Celiac disease, which came back negative.
Detailed Symptoms:
The GI Pain: I have central stomach pain throughout the day. At times, it feels like a very tight physical "knot" in my upper/mid-abdomen.
The Lightheadedness & Flushing: Every morning, I get lightheaded and my face gets flushed. Crucially, I am already sitting down when this happens. Drinking water does not help, and clenching my feet/legs does not relieve it.
The Neurological Symptom: Whenever the lightheadedness hits, I get a distinct tingling sensation in my feet.
