Are any of these spots a concern?

I've been noticing different types of yellow, black spots forming on them for the past few days, is this normal or do I need to do something? Is there any way I can fix this?

More thinning necessary?

I'm only talking about the part behind the cinder blocks. I thinned them all out, but when I got to this section, after I cut some of the weaker ones, I got left up with these 6 healthy looking plants and in my opinion they are spaced out enough, but at the same time they look very close to eachother and I might have to cut 1 or 2 more for them to grow like they're supposed to. I need help, should I leave them like this or should I thin more?
