My item(essential medical prescription item) was out for delivery according to the app yesterday, it was less than 5 stops away but then the tracking went blank and now says it's at the regional sorting office but the delivery info still says out for delivery yesterday, nothing has been delivered today either.

Is my package likely lost?

Thanks for any help and advice I've not been able to get through to RM customer service today(long hold times and then just cut off whilst on hold).
