Posting for a friend—she wears caps during rolling to protect her hair but they always seem to come off. She’s considering buying a sports hijab. She asked me if it could be considered cultural appropriation. I am culturally Muslim but not a hijabi and said I didn’t see it like that, but maybe I’m missing something so thought I’d ask. To me, it’s just a better version of the cap she’s already wearing. Thoughts from hijabis?
