Secondary Numbers Voice Access

The website used to say, "voice coming soon" in the areas that talk about Secondary numbers. I see it now just says they are text only. Is there still a plan to make them voice numbers as well at some point? I'd argue that without voice access they are not usable for most use cases. For me, I would use it for banking/financial accounts, and other core services. All of those companies may have need to reach me by phone, not just text, at some point. This makes secondary numbers pretty useless for me. I can really only use them for when I want to get a code for some type of retailer promotion.

Internet Traffic Protection with Cape?

When using a browser or apps and Cape as the mobile data provider, do you get any additional benefit that is different than, say, T-Mobile? Does Cape have the ability to remove the tracking and logging that the MNOs you are using gather? I know I can use a VPN, but these days that puts a target on your back and many retails and other sites just won't work on VPN anymore.

Voicemail Strategy

Just some feedback on voicemail:

• The voicemail prompt recording seems to be very low fidelity, it sounds like a tape recorder recording, can that be updated? It sounds sketchy. So much so I keep getting texts asking me if my phone has been redirected to some illegitimate service.

• The verbiage of the recording sounds a little silly. I don’t mind it says ”the Cape subscriber“ but the ending with it being encrypted has been off putting to people leaving me voicemails. they’ve all asked about it. I am not really sure I want people to know I’m using Cape or about the encryption. It would be better if it had a more generic message with an American accent, to be more professional.

• I know some people have a must have use case for voicemail encryption, but for many we’d prefer to use iOS visual voicemail. I’d love if we had the option to use standard voicemail integrated with our phones.

• The Cape app has to be open to get a notice that a voicemail has been delivered. It would be better if that pushed to the app even if it’s not open.
