Temperature Settings

Temperature Settings

2016 Rogue. Car was originally a Canadian car. Came in kilometers and Celsius. Went through all the settings in all the menus and switched it over to miles and Fahrenheit.

No matter what we do, cannot get the temperature controls to switch too. They stay in Celsius even when the dashboard and screen ones show up in Fahrenheit.

Scarring + Routine Help

Desperately seeking some help. All of this is scarring. My CPAP machine gave me ingrown hairs that I would pick at religiously. My Dr said it’s trauma scarring.

I see a bunch of differing opinions online and have been on tretinoin for almost a year with minimal progress, so it’s gotta be user error.

She first had me on clindamycin and tretinoin .0025%. 6 month follow up and a little progress on the larger ones but it seems like I get a bunch of little ones quite often now and my skin is more reactive than before. I never had skin issues prior to this. Always had minimal acne as well so my face/skin is naturally dry.

The larger ones have started to decrease in size but little ones show up after I shave, but I don’t know if it’s because I don’t shave often enough, too often, or what. They will typically go away in a few weeks but then once I shave again it recreates the cycle. I use a new blade each time with a guide so it doesn’t completely trim the hair flush with the skin.

Currently on .005% tretinoin.

How often should I actually be shaving? I’ve heard don’t shave often, shave everyday, and to just use an electric razor. What’s the proper routine here to get this going in the right direction?
