any non-meta alternatives?

I’ve started to get tired of waiting for even something like pricing for the steam frame so do any of you guys have some recommendations for alternatives in the ~$1300 range that aren’t from meta? I would prefer a standalone unit that can do pcvr but if there aren’t any I can deal with wired pcvr. My old HTC Vive kicked the bucket three months ago and I just want to mess around in blade & sorcery again instead of potentially waiting into mid 2027 for a steam frame if they go with a randomized queue.
