I'm curious as to the amount of Disability allowance queries here.

I'm Autistic and I've gone through burnouts and depression so severe that has put me on sick leave from work many regularly over the years. The last episode was 18 months out of work.

I struggle with getting burned out from managing work, socialising, family, having a kid, finances, just adulting etc. just existing is stressful at times.

Trying to find out what are normal reasons to struggle with working as I don't have Autistic friends
