shift stops my movement in games
hi everyone. recently i bought a new pc and i met a problem: sometimes when i press shift in games it stops/cancel my WASD keys completely even though i still hold them. the problem is totally not in the game (cause i have this problem in every game where i need to press both shift and WASD) and not in the computer cause i remember that about 4 years ago i was playing on my old laptop and when i was trying to fly on raze satchels in valorant i had the same problem. the only thing i remember that i managed to fix it somehow but now i have no idea. also just in case i tried to turn off discord, steam and overwolf overlays and it didnt help. i guess that the reason of the problem are maybe some different applications

in this example i was punching the air everytime i noticed this problem just to show it someway idk. anyway i really pray that someone can help to fix it and id be really grateful
UPDATE: i tried another keyboard, i tried to start the pc in safe mode and I STILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM honestly no idea what should i do
