Buyer says the item is not as described. Are we serious.

For context, I sold a pair of Judson BKE jeans not long ago and recently received a 1 star review where the buyer raised a dispute with Depop saying the item was not as described. I told Depop that it was clearly outlined in my description and photos that there was distressing in the hems and pockets of the jeans, even in her review she admits to not noticing the photos which to me seems like a lack of due diligence on fault of the buyer. So this morning I receive an email stating that Depop has decided to take her side. And that they’re requiring her to the return the item in order to receive a refund. Why does Depop do this to sellers. I’ve been selling on Depop for close to 4 months now and have been active in the space for close to a year or more. Yet this account was created a month ago and Depop takes their word over mine. Ridiculous.
