Stress fracture incident

I have recently been working on my body non-stop in preparation for the summer. Since February I have started my calorie deficit, but the last 2-3 weeks I had dropped it even lower to just get that aggressive cut so I can be finished. I ended up waking up after playing JUST DANCE with a pain in my foot, soon realizing it was a stress fracture as I went to the doctor. Previous to my injury, I have been walking \~18-20k steps every day plus cardio on the stair master (at least 120 minutes a week). I am not allowed to do any of this and I am trying to prevent weight gain. My whole issue is that I can’t move like I used to. I am allowed to strength train upper body, core, and single leg. I used to burn at least 1000 calories on my Apple Watch (I know it’s not 100% accurate) 5 days a week and now I am averaging 409 calories a week. I am trying to do the bike but it is nowhere near the same level. I can’t kick much swimming either. I don’t know what to do and I am stuck. Does anyone have reassurance or any advice? I have vacation in 2 weeks and all I wanted was to be satisfied with my body. I am unsure of what to do. Do I keep eating what I’m eating? Do I eat less since I’m not moving? Eat more for my bone growth? Any help please!! :)

I had my eyes on these a while back and finally wanted to buy some. Unfortunately, they seem to be either sold out or just taken away completely. Would anyone happen to know anything?
