Download new drivers and my AirPods Pro stop working with windows 11
I downloaded new drivers through Norton, but after restarting my computer, my AirPods stopped playing any sound.
The AirPods connect successfully, and when I click the Test button in the Windows sound settings, it shows that audio is playing, but I can’t actually hear anything.
I also connected a Bluetooth controller to check whether the problem was with Bluetooth itself, but the controller works perfectly, so the issue doesn’t seem to be Bluetooth.
I’ve already reinstalled all of my drivers, rolled them back, and tried just about every fix I could find. I disabled the Hands-Free Telephony option for the AirPods, restarted the Windows Audio service through Services, and also restarted all Bluetooth support services. The Bluetooth Support Service is set to Automatic.
I’ve tried everything I can think of, and nothing has worked.
Please help me.
