I remember seeing it on either Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network I couldn’t say which, but this scene has been engraved on my mind and I feel like I know what it is but I can’t get it out.

A scene were 2 animals? Pose as doctors and by the end, the “fake” does something to the patient which results in him cured with the real holding the other fake saying he’s cured, till the fake pokes the patient and they see a pin, they all panic until it does explode. The real doctor and the patient are left with the doctor saying I don’t think they were real doctors.
