After multiple attempts at this and getting literally nowhere, I saw a post earlier today suggesting the use of custom stratagems to get this Ordeal done, and it worked! I got all 50 in about 4 or 5 operations.

Considering my Techmarine is kind of low level, I added a few extra buffs that weren't really necessary, but I would recommend this setup to anybody still struggling with Purge Extremis. Even in a low-level/solo situation like myself.
