Firework Watching Advice

I need advice from someone who knows better than me. My husband had a stroke a few weeks ago, and while he has a long road to recovery ahead of him, he’s here and that’s all that matters.
We did have to cancel our out of town plans for the 4th of July, and that’s what I need advice about today.

We want to be some part of the holiday, even if it’s just watching fireworks, and live in the East Bay, a little too far away from the Berkeley or SF displays.
Are there any hotels that will have a good view of the fireworks? My first thought was the Hotel Argonaut, but it is sold out.

I did book a room at the Mark Hopkins, thinking the view from the Top of the Mark might work. The Four Seasons is a little out of my price range, I’m looking for something under $500/night.

Please share any recommendations you have, thank you!

ETA: I am aware that firework “viewing” in San Francisco is iffy. We can get to the City very easily that afternoon and can rideshare home in the morning. Because of my husband’s energy levels, somewhere that he can go and rest, or is just an elevator ride from a rooftop is what I’m looking for. I get that it might not exist!

Need some help

I need some help and I’m sure if what I’m asking is a thing. I’m scattered and the internet isn’t helping.

My husband had a stroke last Saturday. He’s ultimately going to be good, but this week has been rough. We have 2 Saturday GA tickets, shuttle bus from Oakland tickets, and I rented a locker. I did buy ticket insurance and plan on filing a claim, mostly because in the stress of this week, I’ve lost my (registered) wrist bands.

Is it even possible to transfer tickets to someone without physical wristbands? Is there a way to take our cards off of them?

Is it possible to sell/transfer bus seats or the locker? Is that something anyone here needs?

I’m not trying to come up at all, just trying to recoup my costs. But would also appreciate advice, because I’ve already done too much research on the world wide web and I’m tired.

This was going to be our first Bottle Rock and we were so stoked for tomorrow’s line up! And I was so prepared, really all thanks to this sub! TIA, and for those of you going, enjoy every little bit of tomorrow!
