I bought panda pro 6 months sub during a sale, and disabled auto renewal.

Well the subscription ended and foodpanda automatically renewed my subscription without my permission.

They admit their fault but they keep refusing the refund. I have tried posting on voice of customer but my posts are neither rejected nor appearing on the timeline

Any idea how should I proceed?
