Struggling with natural coffees

Hi, I'm struggling to brew natural coffees, they all just taste the exact same, no matter the origin or variety.

My grinder is a Zp6 and I don't have this problem with washed coffees, all of my recent bags, even if they came from the same country, had distinct tasting notes. Natural coffees, though, regardless of origin (Ethiopia, Panama...) just taste the same. Changing the grind size, temperature, water chemistry, or the brewer doesn't seem to do anything. The taste does kinda change, but more in a way: "Oh, this is the same thing, but now it's under/overextracted”.

The taste itself is without any flavour notes. It’s not good neither bad.

I’ve read conflicting information about my grinder's ability/inability to make good naturals or other more processed coffees. I know it’s not good with dark roasts, but I only drink light roasts, so that shouldn’t be the issue.

Is my grinder the issue?
