Girl at work undermining me

I'm trying to figure out a girl at work but I feel like I'm really bad at social situations where people aren't necessarily being mean but not being nice either.

That teasing winding someone up banter is something I'm not good with.

Just a bit of background about me, I like fixing problems and helping people a bit too much. I tend to do it without thinking and probably get taken advantage of because of it.

This girl has a weird vibe to her. I find she is very cocky but also struggles with every part of her job and spends most of her time on her phone. If she makes a huge mistake, she does seem as if she has been humbled by it, but then 5 minutes later she's back to being cocky again trying to pretend as if the issue has never happened and laughing it all off.

Anyway, sometimes if she has a problem I will help her fix it.

But I find a lot of the time she throws in a smart ass comment trying to make out like I love to find problems or a kinda "I would have got away with that if you hadn't noticed" but not in so many words, its usually just a sassy look she gives me as if I've done wrong. Often the checks I am doing are mandatory for checking so I have to do them, its just that she has done her part wrong.

Now, I could just tell her "Look, if ya dont want my help, dont ask for it" which is probably the way this is going to go, but I cant tell if thats just an overreaction to her just winding me up a bit. I find it quite annoying all the same.

Itchy butt

Sorry for its a bit TMI but have had an issue with inflammation of my rectum for years which makes it really itchy.

I have tried eating more fibre and drinking more water and all those things but can never seem to fix the issue.

The only thing that actually made all my symptoms go away was twice in the last few years I've had to take antibiotics and bam, my ass felt normal.

But honestly its just driving me crazy at this stage and I'm wondering if anybody had any luck with probiotics making a difference for this issue?

My logic being that maybe I just have the wrong microflora and they are causing the issue
