Hey so I forgot to put in for a refill on my prescription. I'm on day 4 of withdrawal. I take 90mg a day and I should be able to pick up my next prescription tomorow. Is there anything I can do to ease the absolute hell I'm in right now? I'm a sweaty sick mess and nothing I'm trying is helping. Am I safe to start back up on the 90 straight away? Why did no one warn me about how vile the withdrawal is?
