They were delicious! The vegetables were actually cooked under a dome. If you don't have a dome for your Blackstone, get one! The way all of the flavors blend together under the dome really pops. This picture was taken actually about a quarter of the way through cooking. I used kinder's Taco blend for the chicken.

Not rare, but I picked these up on vacation last week. I thought they were very unique, and the recipes on some of the cards will come in very handy!
