People Playing 4.9PTU

I've been unable to test out the 4.9 PTU and I'm just wondering if it's any better than this bag of mess we have right now?

Please say we're heading on the right tracks again as 4.8.2/4.8.3 has felt like we've gone backwards with the game.

Be honest, I can handle it.

Ship Intruder Detection

I've played SC for around 10 years now and in that time I have never had my ship boarded by a pirate wanting to get their filthy hands on my precious loot on board....until yesterday!

I was out in my Ironclad Assault, loaded up with my Salvation and a fabricator on board so I could grind away at these salvage mission, working my way upto the Hammerhead contracts. After hours of gameplay I finally got the Hammerhead contracts and accepted my first salvage claim.

Headed out to the designated spot and got to work stripping down of all it's size 4 weapons and then got to work with my Salvation scraping down every last part of the hull. With the contract complete, I load the Salvation back in the IC, jump in the CM and head back home to store all my hard earned work

BUT...

on my way back to Area18 some sneaky pirate had boarded my IC without my knowledge and took me out... all that work taken away in a spilt second.

Yeah I was a little salty to say the least.

I understand this is a game loop and fair play the the pirates out there but come on SC surely a ship of that caliber would have some sort of intruder system on board to alert you of players who aren't in your party or a friend.

I know I could of hit F11 and checked the ships comms to see if there was anyone on board and trust me from now on before I set off anywhere I will be checking this but the devs at SC..... some sort of intruder alarm would be greatly appreciated.

OR

put these Salvage claims inside the armistice zone not just ouside which then allows players to use weapons to breach your hull and then sit in a dark corner waiting for their moment to strike.

Ok rant over now thanks for listening.

Need help on a German chandelier (United Kingdom.)

First of all I'm from the United Kingdom based around the Liverpool area.

Ok so I have acquired a chandelier what I belive to be of German heritage and that is as far as my knowledge goes.

I have googled it but I thought I'd come here as there may be an expert who can help me out.

I am looking to sell this item so any information about the item or where to sell it would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a photo.

Many thanks.
