Mykita BFL? Not so much

Guess what, designer-glasses aren't made for life. I knew before, but was kind of startled, that Berlin's finest, Mykita, doesn't even respond to my repair request for one of their 3d-printed models.
My naive I thought that reprinting should work like a charm, economically, ecologically, win-win-win. Boy, was I wrong.
I tried it through the local dealer, I called and I wrote a bunch of mails. They said: Well, your glasses are too old and they didn't reply to any of my mails.
So buyers beware: Mykita just sells new stuff, repairing isn't for them. It's a shame, because those glasses are so damn light. They're fragile too. I'll stick to other brands and sturdier materials. Have a good one and just keep on looking for things that last.
