Levered/Unlevered cash flows for platform exit
Hey specialists,
Quick question: if I receive a model with cash flows assuming an exit in 2035, showing negative unlevered cash flows but high positive cash flows to equity from a platform sale/exit - does this make sense? My expectation would be that the proceeds from project sales would be included in unlevered cash flows as a starting point. I am surprised by negative unlevered cash flows but positive levered cash flows. Any thoughts?
