Canvassers or casing?

Hi all,
We get canvassers often at our house and either say we are not interested or don’t answer. Today we saw on our cameras that two canvassers came to our house twice during the day, around 5 pm and 7 pm. We got home, and they came again around 8:30 pm (3 total times in the span of a few hours). We answered the doorbell camera and asked them to leave. They asked if anyone was home over and over and wouldn’t answer our questions. My husband eventually went outside to ask them who they worked for and they were cagey about the information. They were also looking around the exterior of the house. My husband got frustrated and told them not to come back, and the exchange was a bit heated. I am a younger woman and sometimes home alone for extended periods, so I am easily paranoid. Is this a possible casing scenario or am I just overly paranoid?

Hi everyone, it’s Kat, reporting back on week 12 of #12weekstounleash with #tonal

I am officially done with 12 Weeks to Unleash!! I did my final DEXA today and gained 1.7 pounds of muscle in the past three months. I am so stoked!! I attached a picture comparing my report from February to the one I just did today. I did gain a small amount of fat, which I am not worried about.

This is truly awesome for me, as I tried for a year to gain muscle and didn’t gain any according to various DEXAs. And now in a few months I’ve gained almost 2 pounds!! I attribute the gain to how much this program pushed me to lift, and also to eating more.

So, it is safe to say I did accomplish my goal of gaining muscle! It feels so good to have pushed myself over the past few months and to be stronger for it. I feel much stronger both mentally and physically. Unfortunately, it seems I might badly strained my adductor muscle a few weeks ago on the Copenhagen’s and it still has not healed (perhaps I should’ve take some more time off 🙃), so I am nursing that injury a bit. Thankfully I was still able to finish the program, and now I can rest it!

I now plan to take a week or two off of heavy lifting and do more Pilates, yoga, etc. Then I plan to jump back into another 12 week program by Joe, probably either 12w2u or 12w2j.
