Quitting smoking
I quit smoking 2 months ago. I didn’t have any issues at the beginning. Recently I can’t handle anymore stresses . But it’s been almost 2 months without smoking. I’m feeling down and I don’t get what’s happening with my mind. I used to handle lot of stress and pressure, but now I take everything seriously and get triggered easily. Is it something related to quitting smoking. Does someone have the same experience before ?
