Does biopsy spreads cancer and trigger metastasis?
I got biopsy on 16th may and did an ultrasound on 15th after 28 days and size of lesion was same 1.7×1.5cm in that periods of time but on 26th biopsy results came and in that invasive breast cancer grade 2 NST was diagnosed so now on 3rd June I went for an ultrasound as ihc panel report is still pending because of rush in hospital and it's already 19 days since biopsy and today ultrasound reveled the size of lesion is increased its now 2×1.8 cm im really worried about this increase and stressed also lymph nodes are normal not enlarged no skin muscle changes etc and no internal vascularity lesion is located in posterior thirds at 6'o clock right breast also biopsy results stated no lvsi and pni identified no dcis component identified so should I worry about biopsy spread and distant metastasis caused by biopsy as tumor shape is very different from which it was earlier pre biopsy time so please share your experience of biopsy and early stage cancer diagnosis and treatment
