Hi! I’m an O/N stocker and I was wondering if “Stock Me” pallets are included in the stocking times? I’ve been told different things by different TL’s and Coaches. Also are we “forced” to stay and bin? We’ve been told that if we leave without finishing up binning we will be coached. There’s times where we have
20+ hours in our department and it’ll be 2 of us and they still expect us to finish up binning a huge pallet of overstock, on top of not having space in the bins. We feel it’s unfair but then again I know it’s walmart so ain’t shit fair. There’s many departments that don’t have to bin their own overstock, and get to leave at 7:00 or 6:51 lol
