Who else here is from QLD who wanted their batteries fixed?
I just had a free battery test done for my wife's 18 year old sedan at Battery World here in Toowoomba and honestly they were some of the warmest and nicest people I’ve dealt with in the auto industry.
A lot of car shops or mechanics barely give you attention once they see an older car, but the staff there were super friendly, attentive, and helpful even though my battery turned out to be perfectly fine. They even told me to come back anytime if the battery starts acting up and they’ll help with free fitment checks and battery cleaning.
Best part is I literally just walked in with no booking and was attended to within 3–5 minutes.
Just wanted to share because good customer service like this deserves recognition.
By the way, are Reddit mods usually okay if I paste the business website here, or is that considered against the rules?
