Hi everyone! I recently started the Borderlands series and fell in love with it. I'm currently playing BL2 and I already own BL3 on Steam. I have a budget of around $78 and I'm trying to plan my purchases for the upcoming Steam Summer Sale.

Right now, Borderlands 4 Deluxe edition is on sale for $60 (which takes up most of my budget). I'm torn between two choices:

Option A:Buy BL4 Deluxe for $60, and use the remaining $18 during the Summer Sale to grab the Gaige BL2), Borderlands 1 GOTY and The Pre Sequel base games only, skipping other DLCs/Tales games for now).

Option B:Completely skip BL4 for now, and buy the Pandora's Box Collection during the Summer Sale to get all the missing games and DLCs in the franchise, then wait for BL4 to get deeper discounts in the future.

Since I already own BL2 and BL3, Pandora's Box will be cheaper due to the "Complete the Bundle" discount, but BL4 looks visually amazing and I really want to secure it. If I go with Option A, will I lose out on anything critical by skipping the DLCs of BL1, BL2, and TPS? Which path makes more sense for a newcomer?

I just started Borderlands 2 (my first ever BL game) and I’m about 5 hours in. I am completely, utterly hooked. The combat,the insane amount of loot,the skill trees it’s purely addictive.As a player who never had played any looter-shooter game before,i totally fell in love with this game.

To be honest, I have almost no idea what is happening in the main story since I skipped BL1, but the gameplay loop is so damn fun that I don't even care.

I picked Gaige and oh my god, she is amazing.Her design ,skills and different varieties of builds is insanely good in this game.

I’m honestly kicking myself for not discovering Pandora years ago like others did. I can already tell Borderlands franchise is going to consume my life.This franchise was the one that made me say "Im really dumb for not discovering this game before."

Since I'm a total newbie playing Gaige,you can give me few tips and build recommendations on my journey!
