Help please

I'm not able to provide any context because it took me long enough just to be able to collect these photos to share. You are all probably aware of the PTSD after basically being called crazy Etc by your loved ones so it's still a bit hard for me to share the last 3 years of my trauma story.

I'm just sharing these for any thoughts or opinions or advice.

I've noticed how nobody's talking about the unexplainable symptoms, the symptoms that are just completely unimaginable? I provided a screenshot of a message I wrote to someone about some of those symptoms.

But yeah my body was attacked inside and out and I eventually just let it consume me ..
