viwoods ereader: it seems my battery life is draining behind the scenes when it’s not being used? any tips for this?
for reference i’m on wifi and no sim card attached. i had a full battery mid day then next day down to 96% without use?
overall any thoughts on battery saving would be appreciated, main use is kindle app with occasional reading in NYT & NYM app.
I have a, maybe silly question, about the backlight for the b/w reader.
I read a review that made me less concerned about the backlight being too bright (I'll likely end up buying it myself to see) but I've been seeing a lot of comments along the lines of "hoping there will be updates for more control to dim lower" or "waiting for an update with a warmer backlight tone"
I'm not a technical person so, initially reading these it sounds like that'd be something that would come in the next physical iteration? or is it possible that can come in an update they'd push to the software?
