Explain to me like a dummy.. before switching components
I'm switching over from AM4 to AM5 system - therefore I got a new motherboard, cpu, ram and a cooler.
Now I'm trying to figure out what I need to do before switching components but I'm pretty confused about all this tbh
So is this what I'm supposed to do??😀
1. Back up all my files somewhere
2. Download some drivers (LAN, WIFI and AMD chipset drivers) on USB before.
3. Hope for it to turn out fine??
I bought my pc off of Facebook marketplace a long time ago so I'm not sure if the windows is only tied to the motherboard or not..
