First time posting! I am 42F 5’7” 245lbs. This is my 3rd week on Naltrexone (half pill daily) & Wellbutrin (150mg daily) I have lost 100 pounds on my own 3 years ago, gained it all back through hard moments in my life. When I checked in with my nurse I was 245 starting, today I’m 241. I do feel appetite suppression. Until the evening. Then I want to snack. So I’m assuming it’s my low dosage wearing off? Those with experience does this go away as the dosage goes up? I have experience with Ozempic and it really wasn’t it for me. I stayed on it for more than a year and maybe lost 20 pounds. So I’m really hoping that contrave will help me along the way with my calorie deficit.
