Hello, I need some advice on what to do regarding my acne situation... I don't have health insurance ATM so a dermatologist is out of the question rn

I didn't change anything in my routine or lifestyle, but the acne specifically on my left cheek is getting worse and they almost feel cystic? It's been localized to my cheek until i got a bad zit on my forehead thats deep under the skin still.

I know I need to stop popping them first thats a good place to start but they are under the skin and I dislike the texture they create. then white heads show up for 2-3 days and i cant help but pick at them too ugh
