Trying to start OMAD. Could really use some support.

I started keto and intermittent fasting last year and lost 30 lbs in 4 months(and I cheated a lot). Then, around Christmas I got some news that cause me a lot of stress and I didn't really pay attention to what I was eating. There's still some uncertainty in my life and I just can't force myself to go back on the diet. I still need to lose about 25lbs. I want to try OMAD. I tried carnivore but it didnt work for me, so I want to go back to keto. I think my problem is more psychological, so I could really use some support. I noticed that when I read or watch videos on the subject it helps me to stay on track. I would be very grateful for any support and maybe some youtube channels recommendations. I really love dr.Berg's videos but they just don't inspire me as much as they did last year. Thanks in advance ❤️

New to carnivore.

Hi all. I'm new here. Today is my second day on carnivore. So far, not too bad but I do miss sugar. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance
