The grocery stores have rhubarb in their produce section now so I finally got some and made Claire Saffitz’s rhubarb cake from “Dessert Person” book! It was perfectly fine, but nothing that really stood out. Moist with a tender crumb, just not super memorable.
I still have 6 stalks of rhubarb left to use, are there any favorite recipes or bakes you’d recommend? It doesn’t have to be just rhubarb forward, it can be something like a strawberry rhubarb, or any other pairing that could work.
