I asked a senior at about chemical and got to know that IIT BOMBAY CHEMICAL better than IIT DELHI CHEMICAL, is this true? Like in what basis you are judging which college is better

IIT BOMBAY vs IIT DELHI [ CHEMICAL BRANCH ]

Or

MECH IN IIT ROORKEE / MADRAS / KANPUR

IIT Bombay Chemical or IIT KANPUR/MADRAS/ROORKEE MECHANICAL or IIT KANPUR/MADRAS AEROSPACE

i am getting mechanical chemical and aero in all top 7 IITs, less chances of EE and no chance of CSE. What should i prioritize like IIT Bombay mech or chem over IIT Guwahati EE? or should i go for branch and what points should i keep in mind before selecting any branch or IIT pls pls helppp!!!!!
