Need health insurance advice for our parents

We both are 30 and we have a kid. We both don't have fathers and our mothers are alive and healthy. We are thinking of retiring in 10 years. Both of our parents are part of our corporate insurance and nothing else. My mother is 56 years old and my MIL is 52. How do I plan their health insurance now so that I can afford their treatments after we leave the job? What are a few good options and what kind of T&C i need to be careful about?

How was your experience of getting an IUD?

I am a 30F, and sexually active. Right now our preferred way of birth control is Condoms. The problem is there have been some mishaps and accidents before that have shaken my belief in them. The amount of liquid in them also scares me a bit and the organic ones are too expensive. So naturally after researching a bit i felt like getting a copper IUD might be the best idea. I am a little sceptical about hormonal ones as I am okay with my current cycle and I am not comfortable with anything that messes with it. I had few questions

  1. Is the insertion painful and will I need medication for it?

  2. Do doctors even prescribe medication to manage the pain or is it something I need to ask for?

  3. Can they use local anaesthesia if it's too much to handle?

  4. What about pain after the insertion? How long will it take to feel normal after insertion?

  5. How comfortable sex is with IUDs? Do they come off easily?

  6. Do IUDs hurt if you have sex?

  7. Do they slip out during periods? What are the chances?

I know these questions can be answered with Google search but I wanted an honest opinion of someone who is actively using it.

Thanks for your time and energy in advance.
