I loved how It turned out, a lot of you had questions about what I used . I first used the deglazer then the jet black dye two coats is needed and lastly the matte coat to seal it . The pen and the fabric dye was for the zipper . It was scary to dye it due to how beautiful a rouge is but it’s a pretty easy process . If you get any paint on the hardware with regular alcohol and a q tip you can easly remove . And no the paint doesn’t crack or change the feeling of the leather . Make sure you clean and moisturize after the bag is fully dried . It smells amazing so this paint doesn’t crack or smell
