Post-Patch Goblin / Treasure Breach Test (Controlled Run)

TL;DR: Controlled post-patch test of goblin, escalation, and Nightmare Dungeon sigil farming. No Treasure Breach / Mythic / Ancestral sigils observed across 41 sigils and 100 goblins.

I’ve been farming goblin, escalation, and Nightmare Dungeon sigil loops since the patch, mainly to test Treasure Breach drop behavior after noticing changes.

I ran a controlled session to see if this was just RNG or something systemic.

Setup

  • Single character
  • Fixed Torment tier (no swapping during testing)
  • Solo play
  • No relogs or character swaps
  • Consistent farming loop: goblin altars, escalations, Nightmare Dungeons

Sample size

Goblin / encounter data

  • Goblin altar events: 23
  • Goblins killed: 100

Sigil results

  • Sigils dropped from goblins: 0
  • Total sigils: 41
  • Dungeon Delve: 2
  • Other sigil types: 39
  • Treasure Breach: 0
  • Mythic Prankster: 0
  • Ancestral Elites: 0

What stood out

  • No sigils dropped from goblins during the full test (War Plan active)
  • No Treasure Breach, Mythic, or Ancestral sigils from any source observed
  • Only Dungeon Delve appeared in the “special” category

Not claiming this is confirmed broken

This could still be RNG or something conditional I’m missing.

I just wanted to document it because:

  • I’ve run this loop a lot pre-patch
  • and this is the first time I’ve seen zero Treasure Breach / upgraded goblin sigils across this many runs

Questions for others

  • Are goblin altars still dropping sigils normally for you?
  • Are Treasure Breach / Mythic / Ancestral sigils still appearing?
  • Has anyone noticed changes in goblin-related encounter behavior post-patch?

I haven’t seen much discussion on this yet, so I wanted to document my results in case others can compare.
