Hi All,

I need to change my salary account given to my employer from ENBD to mashreq, but for that HR need a no-liability certificate (cost: free) from ENBD. But when I tried to get one through the bank mobile application it shows I'm ineligible for that because I hold a credit card from them.

Still I can get liability cirtificate by paying AED 52.

Need clarification -

1. If I can get no-liability certificate without closing the credit card from the same bank in any way.

Or

2. Is liability certificate with zero outstanding is sufficient for changing salary account with the employer compliance.

I'm looking for mashreq platinum plus card, please dm if you can help me.
