Wire transfer held for days / Account restricted
I deposited funds into my Kraken account, and my account was subsequently restricted from making deposits and withdrawals. As a result, my funds are now unable to be credited to my account.
I have contacted Kraken customer support multiple times but have not received a response. I have sent emails, but they have gone unanswered. When I tried to speak with a representative, the chatbot refused to transfer me to a live agent because I already have an open ticket—yet I haven’t heard anything for 12 days.
I hope you can help me resolve this issue, as it is very important to me.
