So me and my boyfriend love playing the IV Minekaze it's a destroyer and it is really good on speed, turning, torpedoes, and reload time. We've tried looking but we haven't really found any ships similar to it but higher tier. Does anyone know of any ships that are like it and would be higher tier than IV?

So I was going to try to do the ranked battles but when I went to the page to select the ship my main the Ismal from the ussr wasn't an option and I have no clue why, it's a tier 5 battleship (the icon with 2 lines). I have no clue why I can't use it and I can't really find an explanation for it.
