I think the joke is that most people would take comfort in knowing the person on the other end of the line would assume they're fully clothed because they can't see them but Homer inexplicably forcefully inserts it into the conversation
I remember driving past this restaurant a couple of times I think between 2012-2016. I was near Crystal Lake and it had a large anthropomorphic shrimp or some kind of sea food out front.
I think it was at the bottom of a hill and near a body of water. I'm scouring maps and can't figure out where it was and it's driving me crazy.
