Honestly one of the huge factors and reasons I loved Gruv was their packaging and the fact that USPS was the service that delivered the packages. I’ve never heard of UniUni before now but everything I’ve researched is that they absolutely suck and I’m wondering if this is the new normal or just because of a unusual amount of orders on Gruv Day.

Also my package has been out for delivery since Tuesday morning, am I ever even gonna receive it?
