What is the policy for closing off aisles that you are operating the forklift? I work in the live nursery portion of oslg and today a fellow associate was operating the forklift in the back 6 aisles of our garden center. I know they say that you are supposed to block off other aisles if you are going over 8 feet. But what about the working aisle. Is there a policy where we must close the aisle we are actively operating? It’s Saturday and we are busy but I feel that to safely operate power equipment around customers we should have the aisle blocked off. The other associate kinda went off on me when I asked him to block off the aisle. Am I in the wrong?
